The Brew Pub at Spring Valley Golf Course

FRESH IS ALWAYS BEST! We start the brewing process with reverse-osmosis purified water. It costs a little more, but since beer is over 90% water, it makes a huge difference in the taste. We mill the malts and grains minutes before we infuse them with this pure water. We grow our own hops. Since we hand-craft only very small batches, it would be hard to find a fresher beer out there, unless you brewed it yourself. And we'd be happy to show you how to do that, since that's the way we got started.


We only brew one day a week (Saturday), and in small batches (10 gallons), so our products move pretty quickly through our 3 taps. We update this site every week during the brewing season (we shut down when the golf course closes in the fall), to try to let you know what you can expect to be available when you arrive.
